45% of the way there

15 weeks! Feeling okay, a little bit of back pain but nothing too bad. I've had some food aversions, but I am happy to say Fig Newtons is not one of them. They seem to be my go to snack and I've been buying them in bulk :-)

Miguel and I saw the doctor on Monday and she said everything is looking good so far. The babies have decided with all this heat to move north of the Equator and are now all jammed in above my belly button. This makes sitting a little uncomfortable, but hey that just means I need to lay down more :-)

2nd Trimester here we come!

It's hard to believe I am only 12 weeks with a belly like this!  I wore the same shirt for comparison to the 8 week pic, but this will be the last time I'm squeezing into that thing!

We went for our 12 week ultrasound, and the babies are still all snuggled together.  This is how they are positioned (you only get a partial pic of each in this shot) :

The ultrasound tech was able to get larger photos and put them on a split screen:

While we were there, Baby B would kick its feet and bounce up, as it slid back down, Baby C would bounce up.  They went back and forth playing teeter-totter.  All the while Baby A, who is a little bit bigger was sound asleep underneath them.  Looking forward to August 19th when we find out the sexes!

Moving along

Miguel and I met our new specialist, Doctor Tanya Dailey, and a Nutritionist this week. We got to see the babies on the ultrasound screen and they are looking good! 

The Nutritionist said I have 2 jobs for the summer 'Eat and Rest!' Tough life I'll have :)

We are going camping for a few weeks in which I plan to lay in a chair, stuff my face, and read a few books :)
